Westavino is an exporting agency specialising in the export of Australian wines and Polish spirits. We have assisted our clients to successfully introduce, brand and market over 90 wines and spirits, using our local cultural expertise and business connections.

Established in 1998, Westavino has consolidated and shipped hundreds of shipments. You can be assured that your orders will be handled smoothly and efficiently.

Our Team
Dorota Ruszecki
Managing Director

Dorota immigrated to Australia from Poland in 1981 deciding to quit her academic career at the University of Warsaw, which then was continued at Curtin University of Technology for over 16 years.

In 1998, Dorota, switching into a new career of international trade, established Westavino; a wine export agency with a focus on the Polish market; however later she extended her business onto Russian and French markets. Dorothy contributes her success on the

international arena to her knowledge of local languages and business culture.

Beata Bednarczyk
Business Development Manager

Beata is involved in high-level strategy development and is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing accounts, as well as developing new contacts and relationships. Beata keep a close eye on market trends and identify gaps and niches that represent new business opportunities. 

 

Beata has a strong business acumen and commercial instinct in sales and marketing. Her verbal and written communication skills in English, Polish, Japanese and Russian helped her to develop many contacts with international stakeholders.

Philip Podgorski
Manager of Supply

With extensive experience in Supply Chain Management, Philip ensures that Westavino's systems are running efficiently to maintain it's high level of customer service.

 

Philip also has experience in many business process improvement projects in organisations of all sizes that provided substantial cost savings and process improvements.
