Westavino introduced over 90 Australian wines to Polish and to Russian markets which normally would be difficult to achieve by Australian producers due to barriers associated with the cultural and language differences and lack of knowledge of local business culture. Additionally Westavino exports bulk wines to France.

Westavino has recently opened highly desirable Russian market to 11 Australian wine producing companies, including 10 from Western Australia. Consolidations organised by Westavino allowed many wine producers to enter this emerging market, which would be almost impossible to achieve on an individual basis.
